Program of Yok'hah Maya
Study in depth the mystic knowledge and hidden practices of ancient
Mayan yogic traditions with Itza Maya Elder, Shaman and Daykeeper,
Hunbatz Men.
The ancient Mayas used these yogic practices for controlling energy,
envisioning and influencing natural forces. The Yucatec Mayan word
Yok'hah means "on top of truth," showing mastery of inter-dimensional
realities. Yok'hah Maya includes philosophy, cosmology and techniques
such as hand signs, postures, breath control, chants and meditations.
Hunbatz Men, Itza Maya Elder, Shaman
